Order Processing & Production Times

Every order is made specifically for you after purchase. Production times vary depending on the product type and customization requirements.

Standard Apparel

Products such as T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and most apparel items typically require:

Production Time: 3–5 business days

Specialty & Custom Products

The following products may require additional production time due to specialized manufacturing processes:

  • Embroidered products
  • Mugs
  • Sublimation products
  • Handmade and custom-crafted items

Production Time: 5–10 business days

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time and begins after your order has been successfully placed and processed.

Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery and efficient fulfillment, some orders may ship in multiple packages. This is especially common when:

  • Multiple product types are ordered
  • Items are fulfilled from different production facilities
  • Specialty products require separate manufacturing processes

If your order ships in separate packages, you will receive tracking information for each shipment whenever available.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

Currently, we are unable to split a single order and ship products to multiple delivery addresses.

If you would like items delivered to different recipients or locations, please place a separate order for each shipping address. This helps ensure accurate fulfillment, tracking, and delivery for every package.

Address Changes

To maintain fast production times and order accuracy, shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order enters the processing stage.
